We are Jon Nott and Geoff Hoad, one of the most experienced & respected building teams in tropical north Queensland.

Since 1980 we have over forty years combined experience of designing and building quality homes and other constructions from Innisfail to Port Douglas and the Atherton Tablelands to Cairns.

We have over 300 very satisfied clients as a result of giving the ultimate in tradesmanship and service. All homes are made to order and totally unique. It is best to consult us before you pay for expensive plans elsewhere.

With a team of around 11 carpenters Jon Nott Building can take on all construction projects, both big and small. No project is too difficult.

Training is an integral part of our successful business. A total of over 40 local youth have been trained by us in a carpentry trade.

We offer a unique service to our clients in assisting with the design, drawing of preliminary plans and giving estimates at no charge. We take the time to consult with our clients, to design what you want and help you meet your budget taking best advantage of the surroundings and environment of your dream home. All our buildings are well-crafted energy efficient designs.
